Prior to becoming employed at All About Technology, Willie found himself providing help to a great number computer users, after work. When he asked the computer users why they hadn’t hired a professional to do the work, he consistently received the same answers:

  • A professional is way too expensive
  • I don’t want to deal with the inconvenience of carrying my equipment to the shop
  • I can’t afford to be without my computer for a long period of time
  • I fail to understand what those guys are talking about
  • I’m afraid they’ll lose the data on my machine
  • I don’t really know who to call

After a while, Willie realized that the computer market really wasn’t being properly served at all, and made a goal to help the company address these concerns by:

  • Offering professional and quality service at affordable rates
  • Providing on-site service at your home or business
  • Quickly responding to our customer's calls
  • Speaking with customers in a friendly manner using non-technical terms
  • Providing the professional experience to safeguard against data loss
  • Offering one stop computer sales, service, training and upgrades

Constant evolving technologies offer residential customers and small businesses an opportunity to work smarter. Effective use of computer technology is crucial for sustained success in this modern business world of downsizing, re-engineering, outsourcing, global competition, and ever changing technologies. Constant change places enormous demand on business and information technology managers. Our technology solutions help our clients get control of and use information technology to maximize efficiency and profitability.

In the end, All About Technology's strategy is not about products, services, or distribution models. It is about customer satisfaction.
